For cycling shoe fit we take an in depth look at the riders feet and stance before positioning the cleats on the bottom of the shoe. Knee pain, Foot pain, and more can often be linked to the way a riders cleats have been positioned on the bottom on the shoe. I see it everyday! If your cleats need replacing please check availability before hand! Thank you.
A shoe fitting at The Fit Space will take anywhere from 20-45 minutes roughly*

These skills are extremely important for safety when out on the road where things can happen in the blink of an eye and you need to be ready to react quickly. It's also good to avoid developing any bad habits that can be difficult to correct later on.
For these lessons we usually start in The Fit Space parking lot (Private lot that is large and Secluded) and slowly move out onto the road as the rider gains confidence and are ready to take the next step.

Full Bike Wash
This service is mainly for cleaning! Any major adjustments/new components will require a bike shop that does repairs and replaces broken parts ETC.
Here on vacation? New to the area? New to cycling? Looking for a challenging training ride? Looking for a weekly ride partner? This could be for for you! The safest possible roads will be chosen to ensure a great experience. Tools, spare tubes, co2, and more will be on hand if during the ride you have a mechanical issue. Stops can be made for food/coffee/refueling if you'd like. I welcome all questions before, during, and after the ride that you have about anything cycling related!
